Frankie is a sweet 9 month old Border Collie possibly heeler mix that is full of love and playfulness. He was treated very badly by his previous owner but I tell you it hasn't changed his personality one bit. He's grateful, loving and a fast learner. Frankly will do anything to please you. He's very friendly with people, dogs and even great with cat's. Come meet Frankie you won't regret it.
