I need a temporary loving foster home or adopter for Toby. To be considered please complete our foster or adoption application at www.tlck9rescue.org Toby story, Toby was badly abused and has gone through several neck and surgeries to mend his body and soul. To top it off his original rescue bailed on him and dumped their responsibilities on his foster who is in TJMexico. Thankfully my foster reached out to me for help and after she explained the situation I quickly took over his case. Toby didn't deserve any of this, this boy is a fighter and deserves the best. I need a loving foster family or adopter that is willing give Toby the world. He's doing great and feeling much better so let's make this boy a US Citizen. Toby, is an approximate 4 yr old standard Schnauzer mix, he's UTD on shots and neutered. He's a good boy and oh so gentle. He loves people, and other friendly submissive dogs, but due to his past he is scared of anything around his neck like a collar, but I know with love, time and training together we will rebuild his confidence.
