Poor little Ernie was the victim of constantly being attacked by the owners large German Shepherd, so for his safety she surrender him to TLC K9 Rescue. Thankfully he's safe now and his  past has not affected him at all. 

Ernie, is a 2 yr old Lhasa Apso mix about 10 lb, he's UTD on shots and neutered.

I will be transporting Ernie to San Diego as soon as we have a foster home for him to go to.
Also, if you qualify we also have a foster to adopt program.
